COVID-19 Update

The Shiloh Adventure Course is committed to the health and safety of our community

We are currently booking upcoming team building events! 

Dear friends, by now your life has been disrupted by the recent health crisis caused by COVID-19. As the situation surrounding the virus continues to evolve, Shiloh Camp is engaged with public health officials as well as city and national leaders regarding this crisis. The health and safety of our community is our number one priority. We are following recommended guidelines for public safety and the containment of COVID-19. We plan to continue booking upcoming team building events and facility rentals, while we continue to monitor recommendations for group gatherings from the CDC.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

COVID-19 Agreement

At the time of booking, a COVID-19 Agreement must be signed by the booking party. This agreement outlines information on self-screening guidelines for all participants, as well as health and safety protocols for team building events. 

Self-Screening Guidelines

It is the responsibility of the organization to ensure that they have communicated the below self-screening guidelines to all participants that will be attending the event. The Shiloh Adventure Course will not enforce health screening tools to be utilized such as completing paper reports, temperature checks, etc.

 

Self-Screening Guidelines:

  1. The individual has been fever free for the past seven days

  2. The individual has been symptom free for the past 14 days

    1. Symptoms include:

      1. Fever (above 100.4° F)

      2. Cough

      3. Shortness of Breath

      4. Muscle Body Aches

      5. Change in Taste or Smell

      6. Change in Appetite

      7. Generally Not Feeling Well

      8. Congestion or Runny Nose

      9. Sore Throat

      10. Headache

      11. Nausea or Vomiting

      12. Diarrhea

  3. The individual has not been in contact with anyone exposed to or infected with COVID-19 in the last 14 days

Masks

All Shiloh Adventure Course still will be required to wear a mask if proper social distancing with participants cannot be followed. Due to the physical nature of team building events, participants will not be required to wear masks. Any participant that would like to wear a mask is able to do so, and should provide their own.

Social Distancing

Due to the nature of the ropes course, the Shiloh Adventure Course will not enforce participants to practice social distancing standards. Any participant that is not comfortable with close contact with other participants should consider this prior to the event, or practice social distancing by gauging activities during the event.

Safety Protocols

The Shiloh Adventure Course will provide hand sanitizer for participants to utilize during the event.

Shiloh Adventure Course staff will sanitize the facility and equipment as needed after the event is complete. All ropes course events will be scheduled 72 hours apart to ensure time for proper sanitizing of all equipment.
